Royal Caribbean International's minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailings originating in North America is 21 years. The minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailings from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand is 18 years.
Underage married couples, regardless of age, are allowed to sail with proof of marriage at pier check-in. Proof must be provided in the form of a legally recognised marriage certificate (original, certified or notarised copy) issued by a government agency such as a state, county or city.
Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old on the first day of the cruise. Any cruise that has 3 or more consecutive days at sea will require infants to be at least 12 months old on the first day of the cruise.
