Q:  When can I order something from Gifts?
A:  If you would like to have your item(s) delivered to your stateroom, please note these delivery procedures:

Orders are accepted up until the second day of sailing (except flowers). Orders are delivered on boarding day by 6 p.m. unless otherwise requested (except floral arrangements, which are only delivered on boarding day). Please note that orders accepted after the cut-off times below will be delivered on the third day of sailing.

If the cut-off day falls on a US federal holiday or company holiday, the cutoff day is moved to the day before. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day (third Monday of February), Independence Day (4 July), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Weekend (long weekend beginning on fourth Thursday in November), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING
Weekday Departures (Tues. – Fri.)
Cutoff: 7 p.m. EST the day before sailing

Weekend Departures (Sat. – Mon.)
Cutoff: 7 p.m. EST the Friday before sailing

European Departures
Cutoff: Three business days prior to sailing

Late orders are subject to a USD 10.00 late order fee.
