Q:  What do I do if I'm having a problem with my Cruise Credits?
A:  If you've completed a valid cruise but do not see it or your Cruise Credits in your My Cruises Account, just click on the 'missing Cruise Credits' link and fill out the form. A Crown & Anchor Representative will contact you shortly.

If you are wondering why a particular cruise didn't qualify for Cruise Credits, please contact the Crown & Anchor Desk on 1800 754 500 (AU) or 0800 102 123 (NZ).
