Before You Purchase
Q:  What if the booking was made after the launch date in an applicable suite, but downgraded after deposit? Will the difference in deposit be refunded or left on the booking towards final payment?
A:  We generally will apply the excess towards the cruise fares and fees due for the booking. However, the travel partner or guest may request to have the excess amount refunded. We will accommodate those requests as long as they are made at least 1 day prior to the date on which final payment is due.
