The check-in and embarkation for Radiance of the Seas, departing 20 January will take place at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay in Sydney, Australia

28 January 2017 - Disembarkation at White Bay Cruise Terminal 
Radiance of the Seas will be anchored offshore in Sydney Harbour and the disembarkation to shore will be provided by a dedicated ferry service to White Bay Cruise Terminal (James Craig Road, Rozelle). If you have arranged a private pick-up, then please take note that your cruise ends at a different cruise terminal from where you depart.

General information for all guests

Guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than three days prior to the cruise. Check-in online today.

 

Minor consent form needs to be completed if you are travelling with a child under 18 for whom you are not the Legal Guardian.


What happens to my luggage during ferry disembarkation?

For disembarking guests, luggage will be transferred to White Bay Cruise Terminal where it will be laid out for guest collection in a dedicated Royal Caribbean marquee next to the cruise terminal. Self-carry will not be an option on the day and only hand luggage (e.g. small backpack) should be taken on the ferry transfer. Please ensure you have all essential items, including medicine and passport, with you on the ferry transfer.


What is the disembarkation process for accessible guests?

As Radiance of the Seas will be at anchor in the harbor, our accessible guests may experience additional time during the disembarkation process. Please be aware that due to the tender operation our normal procedure for assisting guests with limited mobility will be greatly reduced. While every precaution has been taken to ensure the health, safety and comfort of all our guests, we encourage those with special assistance needs to reach out to our Operations team on 1800 754 500 for further requirements to be made. 

 


Transport options from White Bay Cruise Terminal

The nearest public bus stop for passengers is located approximately 20 mins walk from the cruise terminal on Robert Street (towards Victoria Road), Rozelle. Transfers to Sydney Central train station and International/Domestic airports will be available for purchase onboard the ship during your cruises. 


Captain Cook Cruises offers a ferry transfer from White Bay to Darling Harbour on the day of disembarkation. Tickets cost $9 one way. For further information please visit Captain Cook's website here. You can book tickets online to avoid any ticket queues on the day. Opal and Transport NSW cards are not accepted.


Any transfers already booked with Royal Caribbean will be rescheduled to deliver you to White Bay Cruise Terminal. If you booked via an external provider, we recommend you get in touch with them directly to request the change.

Staggered check-in time enforcement at Overseas Passenger Terminal

To avoid delay when boarding, please ensure you adhere to your designated check-in time as listed below:


Deck 10:                               between 11:30am and 12:30pm

Deck 9:                                 between 12:30pm and 1:30pm

Deck 8:                                 between 1:30pm and 2:30pm

Deck 7:                                 between 2:30pm and 3:30pm

Deck 4:                                 between 3:30pm and 4:30pm

Deck 3:                                 between 4:00pm and 4:30pm

Deck 2:                                 between 3:30pm and 4:30pm

 


Prohibited Items 

Weapons, illegal drugs and other items, including powerboards and irons that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of our guests and crew are prohibited. Click here for the items that guests are not allowed to bring on board. These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.
