Minor consent form needs to be completed if you are travelling with a child under 18 for whom you are not the Legal Guardian.
White Bay Cruise Terminal facilities
White Bay Cruise Terminal is a cruise terminal with limited surrounding shops and food facilities.
Check-in will take place in a marquee setup dedicated for Royal Caribbean on the right side of the entrance road before the main Terminal. You will then be transported to a boarding area to be transferred by ferry to the ship. Please ensure that you look for Royal Caribbean staff members or signage at White Bay Cruise Terminal on embarkation day as there will be another ship (P&O Cruises' Pacific Eden) embarking at the main cruise terminal on the same day. To ensure you have a smooth embarkation experience and to avoid any delays, we request all guest adhere to their designated check in times listed below.

The processing time from check-in to boarding the ship will take a mimimum of 1 hour. To avoid any delays when boarding, you must adhere to your designated check-in time as listed below. Arriving at the cruise terminal outside of your designated check-in time may delay your boarding. Please note there are limited facilities at White Bay Cruise Terminal.
Deck 10: between 12:00pm and 12:45pm
Deck 9: between 12:45pm and 1:30pm
Deck 8: between 1:30pm and 2:15pm
Deck 7: between 2:15pm and 3:00pm
Deck 4: between 3:00pm and 3:45pm
Deck 3: between 3:45pm and 4:30pm
Deck 2: between 4:00pm and 4:30pm
What happens to my luggage during ferry embarkation and debarkation?
Baggage drop will take place at the check-in marquee and then baggage will be transported separately by tender to the ship and delivered to your stateroom as normal. Guests can only take a small carry-on item (e.g. backpack) onto the ferry. Please ensure that you have all essential personal items, including medication and your passport, with you. All larger luggage items will be transported to and from the ship separately.
What is the embarkation and disembarkation process for accessible guests?
As Radiance of the Seas will be at anchor in the harbor, our accessible guests may experience additional time in the embarkation or disembarkation process. Check in will be at a designated Royal Caribbean marquee, with transport by bus to the ferry terminal, followed by a 30 minute ferry transfer to the ship. Upon arrival at Radiance of the Seas, guests will be required to embark the ship by stairs. The alternative for our guests fully assisted by a wheelchair will be via an accessible wheelchair lift which may take additional time. Please be aware that due to the tender operation our normal procedure for assisting guests with limited mobility will be greatly reduced. While every precaution has been taken to ensure the health, safety and comfort of all our guests, we encourage those with special assistance needs to reach out to our Operations team on 1800 754 500 for further requirements to be made.

The nearest public bus stop for passengers is located approximately 20 mins walk from the terminal on Robert Street (towards Victoria Road), Rozelle.
Transfers to the Central train station and International/Domestic airports will be available for purchase on board the ship during your cruise.
Please be advised that there is scheduled trackwork on the City Circle service from 2.00am Saturday 28 January-2.00am Monday 30 January. Buses will replace trains between Central and Wynard Station via Museum Station. For more information, visit Sydney Trains.
Captain Cook Cruises offers a ferry transfer from White Bay to Darling Harbour on the day of disembarkation. Tickets cost $9 one way. For further information please visit Captain Cook's website here. You can book tickets online to avoid any ticket queues on the day. Opal and Transport NSW cards are not accepted.

Any transfers already booked with Royal Caribbean will be rescheduled to deliver you to White Bay Cruise Terminal. If you booked via an external provider, we recommend you get in touch with them directly to request the change.
Will there be any other vessel at White Bay Cruise Terminal?
P&O Cruises' - Pacific Eden will also be embarking at White Bay Cruise Terminal on January 28. Please ensure you follow Royal Caribbean signage or staff member for Radiance of the Seas check-in. Crystal Cruises' - Crystal Sympthony will also be at White Bay Cruise Terminal on 9 February 2017.
Weapons, illegal drugs and other items, including powerboards and irons that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of our guests and crew are prohibited. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.
