What happens to my luggage during ferry embarkation?
Guest baggage will be transported separately by tender to the ship and delivered to your stateroom as normal. Guests can only take a small carry-on item (e.g. backpack) onto the ferry. Please ensure that you have all essential personal items, including medication and your passport, with you. All larger luggage items will be transported to and from the ship separately.
What is the embarkation process for accessible guests?
As Radiance of the Seas will be at anchor in the harbor, our accessible guests may experience additional time in the embarkation process. Check in will be at White Bay Cruise Terminal, followed by a 30 minute ferry transfer to the ship. Upon arrival at Radiance of the Seas, guests will be required to embark the ship by stairs. The alternative for our guests fully assisted by a wheelchair will be via an accessible wheelchair lift which may take additional time. Please be aware that due to the tender operation our normal procedure for assisting guests with limited mobility will be greatly reduced. While every precaution has been taken to ensure the health, safety and comfort of all our guests, we encourage those with special assistance needs to reach out to our Operations team on 9937 5400 for further requirements to be made.
